Adults 18 and above	1.250 kr
Older children 15-17	950 kr

In the costs listed above a membership fee of 100kr is included which is a compulsory insurance policy through Folksam and the Svenska Budo & Kampsportsförbundet. Also included is a membership fee of 50 kr to KNK Internationale, which is the head organisation responsible for grading certification. This fee is not mandatory, but in the long term perhaps a good idea for grading purposes.

Special for beginners

If you start to train just before the start of a new term you can receive a discount for these sessions. The secretary can advise you on the cost.

Reduced fee

Students and pensioners receive a 20% discount for the total training fee.

Pay as you go

Guests pay 85 kr per training session. The same apply’s for members who have been away for an extended period and train only on occasion.

Employer sponsored healthcare activities programme

Certain employers offer their staff free healthcare activities through a subsidised programme. GKAS fees are supported by this system.

We also welcome Friskvårdskuponger. We’re happy to write you a receipt of your payment if you need to send a copy to your employer.
